From our Patients

Jenny has been such an incredible support for our family. We originally started seeing her for medication guidance for our daughter, but she has offered so much more than just medication options. She’s warm, professional, and easy to talk to, and she creates a space where we feel genuinely heard and understood.

She also helps my husband and me step back and look at our struggles through a more positive lens, and she brings an upbeat, calming energy even when we’re talking about hard things. We truly look forward to our sessions each week and are so grateful for the difference she’s made for our family.

Working with Jenny has given me so many tools that support me in my everyday life-as a woman, a wife, and a mother to young children. She provides a safe, welcoming space where I can be myself and share all of my experiences and feelings. No matter how big or small, how good, bad, or ugly, she always makes me feel heard and offers thoughtful insight and guidance to help me align my decisions with my values and priorities. A recent example is when I was deciding between working full-time and staying home with my children. It was such a difficult decision, but after talking it through and processing my thoughts with Jenny, I felt confident in the choice I made. I am deeply grateful to have her in my corner.

family finding peace after overcoming anxiety

During a difficult time in my sophomore year, my mom set up an appointment with Jenny, a nurse practitioner. I had no idea that meeting her would change my life. Her support was so transformative that I dedicated my college essay to her—and it helped me get into my top-choice.
Before Jenny, I was consumed by obsessive, intrusive thoughts. She taught me to externalize them, to see them not as part of me but as something I could fight. We named that darkness “Gary,” a creature who embodied my struggles. With Gary as the enemy, I stopped blaming myself—and started fighting back.
Jenny didn’t just teach me coping strategies; she gave me strength. Now, when I stumble, I get back up. When Gary whispers that I’m not enough, I push harder. Because I’ve learned that nothing bad lasts forever—and every time I rise, I grow stronger.

Our family was going through a very stressful time caring for our adult daughter who has Autism. She was going through a major transition from high school to adult services and was extremely affected by the changes. The search for help was daunting, and I am so grateful we finally found Jenny. She is patient, understanding, and extremely warm and caring. She offers valuable insights and all kinds of support. She has helped to change our lives for the better and it has affected our entire household in a positive way. I feel more confident and capable now as a parent of an adult with a lifelong disability. We love her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

My family and I have been working with Jenny since July 2024 to support us in navigating our child’s challenging behaviors. Her guidance has been invaluable—she listens with compassion and without judgment, and provides us with practical tools to help our child develop stronger emotional regulation skills.

Jenny has walked alongside us through some of the most difficult seasons of our lives, and her support has truly made a profound difference. She is approachable, personable, and creates a safe space where we feel heard and understood. Our sessions are something we genuinely look forward to each week.

Thank you, Jenny, for your dedication and the positive impact you have had on our family.

young adult sharing struggles to healing through therapy

Jenny is actually super chill. She’s easy to talk to and never makes things awkward. I started seeing her as a freshman when my anxiety was wild, and she’s helped me so much since then. I was honestly really resistant at first and didn’t want to talk to anyone, but she made it feel comfortable and not forced. I also like that she gives me real things to do when I’m freaking out, not just the basic breathing stuff. I always leave feeling calmer and like I can actually handle things again. 10/10 recommend.
